ABOUT ME
Baking in my dorm kitchen in the first few weeks of college!
Hi, I'm Ellen! I'm a college freshman at William & Mary with a passion for baking and food in general. I also love art, the outdoors, and Christmas :) I am located in Northern Virginia and Williamsburg!
I found I really enjoyed baking after my 7th grade home economics class, where I was able to bake my first chocolate chip muffins and cheddar biscuits from scratch. However, I never found much time to bake, so it wasn't until Covid-19 hit that I started baking more regularly. I would bake all sorts of food, from cakes to pastries to breads, and sold my first macaron order in August 2020. That was the start of ezbakes!
